Emilee Simonson is a Consultant with the Compensation and Rewards service line of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. Ms. Simonson works with not-for-profit healthcare organizations of all sizes nationwide. She specializes in staff, middle management and executive compensation program review and design.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Ms. Simonson worked in long term care leadership roles for three years. She was responsible for managing the overall operation of assigned residents and staff in order to assure high-quality care and achievement of long- and short-term business goals. During her tenure, she established a 14-bed COVID unit within 24 hours, expanded and led employee engagement committees across five levels of care, and was recognized at a corporate level for her expertise in budget planning and holding operations to budget each month.
Ms. Simonson graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota. She also maintains a Nursing Home Administrator license and an Assisted Living Administrator license from the University of Minnesota--Crookston.
