Heather O'Neill is a Consultant with the Total Compensation and Rewards service line of the Gallagher Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice.
Ms. O'Neill currently specializes in the analysis and delivery of staff, director, and executive compensation projects. Ms. O'Neill provides expertise to consultants and clients in the collection and interpretation of both regional and national compensation data, market trends, and implementation strategies.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Ms. O'Neill was employed at Service Management Group where she gained experience delivering insights on customer satisfaction and employee engagement to a multitude of unique clients.
Ms. O'Neill graduated from the University of Nebraska, Omaha with a Master of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Kansas.
