Karen Yao is a Senior Analyst with Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice.
Karen has more than seven years of experience working in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), specializing in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM). She has assisted numerous organizations with implementing, integrating and rolling out HCM initiatives. Before joining Gallagher, Karen worked as a compensation analyst in the high-tech industry.
Karen graduated from California State University, Los Angeles where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration. Recently, Karen began working towards her Certification for Compensation Professionals (CCP).
