Kelly Taylor

Kelly Taylor is a managing director with the Total Compensation and Rewards service line of the Gallagher Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. For more than 20 years, Kelly has consulted with a variety of tax-exempt healthcare organizations nationwide, including large multi-hospital systems, rural community and critical access hospitals, children's hospitals, academic medical centers, physician-owned medical groups, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), home health and long-term care facilities and various healthcare associations.

Kelly conducts compensation program audits and develops and implements market-competitive compensation programs for staff, management and executive positions. Kelly's diverse experience and his understanding of issues facing all levels and types of healthcare positions allow clients to fully integrate their overall compensation philosophy and premium pay practices from the top down and across the entire organization.

Kelly has extensive expertise in developing and conducting national, regional and local custom compensation surveys. For two decades, Kelly has published multiple custom market surveys each year, both internally and externally sponsored, keeping abreast of market trends in all parts of the country.

Before joining Gallagher, Kelly was a retained search consultant, placing executive-level human resource professionals nationwide.

Kelly received an MS in industrial/organizational psychology and a BS in psychology from Kansas State University.
