Kevin Loeffler is a director with the Physician Compensation and Valuation team of Gallagher's Compensation and Rewards Consulting practice. Kevin helps clients better align their physician compensation systems, improve the financial performance of the physicians' practice and ensure regulatory compliance. He focuses on auditing, designing and implementing physician compensation models, market research and surveys, total compensation compliance audits, practice operational improvement and performance management system redesign.
Kevin is actively involved in developingt and implementing compensation strategies for physicians in administrative positions, including identifying appropriate benchmarks, developing and/or refining medical directorship programs and ensuring appropriate oversight of such programs.
His national client base includes large multi-specialty clinics, integrated healthcare systems, stand-alone hospitals, prestigious academic medical centers and children's hospitals.
Before becoming a consultant, Kevin served as the primary analyst for the annual Gallagher Medical Director Survey and Advanced Practice Clinician Survey. He also specialized in compensation model simulations and testing for regulatory compliance, managed and maintained the Gallagher physician and non-physician provider proprietary database, and created and updated analysis tools and templates for the practice.
Kevin holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Winona State University and a master's in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
