Laura-Huff

Laura Rudder Huff is a Vice President with the Research & Insights service line of Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. In this role, Laura works with health care organizations and large employers that seek to create value in the health care system. Laura's specialties include conducting patient, customer and market research; developing and implementing strategy; business development; and producing communication materials.

Laura is a skilled communicator, writer and project manager. Since joining Gallagher in 2007, she has managed and participated in many projects which seek to build a more efficient health care system, one that preserves patient choice and physician flexibility while containing costs. Laura's expertise includes: workforce health management, trends in employer health care benefits, patient preferences, health and wellness, consumerism and consumer-directed health plans.

Laura previously worked in government relations, in the role of a liaison between federal policymakers and technology and homeland security companies. She served as Co-Chair of the Women in Government Relations Homeland Security Task Force in Washington, DC. Laura has also authored articles published in peer-reviewed journals. She is conversant in Spanish and active in her community, most notably as a supernumerary in an annual professional opera festival.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and Certificate in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
