Leanne Noskey

Leanne Noskey serves as a Senior Human Resources Consultant with Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. Offering a plethora of experience in all areas of human resource functions, Leanne specializes in HR strategic and tactical approaches. Leanne has expertise with nonprofit, public entities, manufacturing and international organizations, consulting with clients in the areas of employee relations, policy creation, training and development, employment law and HR administration.

Before joining Gallagher, Leanne served as a vice president of Human Resources for a national medical provider and is currently in her 17th year as an adjunct faculty professor at Concordia University and the University of Nevada at Reno. This varied background solidifies her customer service approach and her understanding of the implications of the HR function.

Leanne earned a Master's of Human Services degree from St. Edward's University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Simon Fraser University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resource Management Association of Austin, Texas and is certified as SHRM Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP) as well as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resource Certificate Institute.
