Marcus Berends

Marcus Berends is a Consultant with the Compensation and Rewards service line of Gallagher’s Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. Prior to joining Gallagher, Mr. Berends served as an Actuarial Intern at Milliman in Milwaukee, WI. There, he assisted consultants with the calculations of Medicaid capitation rates as well as pricing individual and small group health insurance products. In addition, Mr. Berends worked on research projects gathering and analyzing data to find any emerging market trends.

Mr. Berends graduated from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, majoring in Actuarial Science.
