Melissa McCord is a consultant with Gallagher's Compensation and Rewards Consulting practice. She has worked in various roles Human Resources, including recruitment, corporate HR and in-house compensation analysis for a nationwide healthcare company.
Melissa has consulted on the employee engagement survey process, from survey design to recommended next steps. She has designed a training program for Middle Tennessee State University's inaugural psychology peer-tutoring center. Further, she conducted a lean event for the State of Tennessee's Department of Human Resources that reduced processing time for job applications from one week to 20 minutes.
Melissa earned an Master of ARts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
