Michele Vineyard serves as a Senior Compensation Consultant for Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. In this role, Michele provides high quality consulting services by leading projects specific to client needs and managing relationships between Gallagher experts and clients.
Michele's 25-year work history has led her to serve in a variety of diverse roles across human resource management, particularly in compensation and benefits, employee relations and policy development. While she has experience in both private and public sectors, Michele has been working specifically in local government HR in Virginia since 2003. She served as the Director of Human Resources for Roanoke City and for the City of Charlottesville prior to joining Gallagher, gaining experience designing and implementing creative compensation solutions.
Michele has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Social Science. She is a Senior Certified Professional (IPMA-SCP) with the International Public Management Association for Human Resources and is certified HR professional (PHR) with the Human Resources Certification Institute.
