Nicolle Wynia-Eide brings more than 25 years of experience in the Human Resources profession, including work in classification and compensation, total rewards, benefits, and general human resources administration, the majority of which in public sector. She offers experience in designing and conducting small and large scale classification and compensation studies, pay equity evaluations, and organizational development.
Prior to joining Gallagher, she served as a Senior Classification and Compensation Consultant for a large nonprofit healthcare agency. Her public sector roles have included Human Resources Analyst for the City of Beaverton, OR, and 13 years working with and then supervising the Classification and Compensation team for the City of Portland.
Nicolle earned a degree in Biology from Lewis and Clark College and a Human Resources Certification from Portland State University. She also earned Certified Compensation Professional and Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
Nicolle comes to Gallagher from Koff & Associates, a full-spectrum human resources and recruiting services firm serving the public sector. K&A joined Gallagher in 2021.
