Pete Mitchell

Pete Mitchell is a Principal Consultant with the Physician Compensation and Valuation service line of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. Pete has extensive experience as a healthcare consultant advising health systems, hospitals and physician practices on a variety of strategic and financial engagements, including system mergers, market feasibility and opportunity assessments, strategic and compensation planning, and physician integration transactions.

Pete received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.

• Developed and tested feasibility of ambulatory care sites, and recommended service line expansion and physician opportunities
