Priscila Candal

Priscila Candal is an associate consultant with the Public Sector and Higher Education team at Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice.

Priscila has experience in employee relations, compensation and classification and talent acquisition. Her education and cumulative work experience in both private and public sectors have given her a robust knowledge of the human resources field. Previously, Priscila worked at the City of Gainesville as a talent acquisition representative and at Iowa State University as a human resources generalist, giving her first-hand experience in the public sector and higher education. She also worked for a global agricultural and forestry machinery manufacturer in Germany and in the US in compensation and classification.

Priscila enjoys working in the compensation and classification field as it's a significant component affecting employees' engagement, retention and motivation — key aspects of employee performance.

She joined Gallagher in 2023 and enjoys working with clients to evaluate and develop compensation programs that are competitive with the market and equitable within the organization.

Priscila earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Master of Business Administration in human resources.
