Ron Conine is a consultant for the HR Technology Consulting (HRT) Practice of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting (HRCC) group. As lead consultant for the benefits administration niche, Ron consults directly with clients while serving as a resource for fellow benefit administration consultants to help employers source, implement, and optimize HR technology to support their people strategy. Ron's diverse client experiences from previous positions with various industry stakeholders enable him to provide insight into any HRT engagement.
His robust set of experiences in HR and workforce technologies grew from being an analyst for a leading Human Capital Management (HCM) software provider. This position and subsequent rapid advancement into client services laid the groundwork for more than two decades of measurable success in serving employer organizations. During this time, he represented technology service providers, industry consultants and most recently a competing global insurance brokerage. Gallagher clients benefit from his resulting multi-faceted perspective of the industry. Ron's unique and seasoned blend of functional management and project management skills is evident in repeated efficiency, productivity and satisfaction metrics associated with client engagements.
Before joining Gallagher, Ron oversaw relationships with benefits administration, HCM and other HR technology providers for an insurance brokerage. He excels at ensuring a healthy rapport with these groups to benefit clients — working collaboratively as strategic partners to ensure successful implementations. Additionally, he emphasizes continuous improvement and optimization of current services, tapping into his strong analytic skills to assess the need for new solutions.
Ron earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri, St. Louis, after completing his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).
