With almost twenty years of progressive Human Resources experience including significant consulting experience, Tom is a Principal Consultant with Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. He brings extensive experience in the strategy, analysis and design of compensation programs.
Throughout his leadership and consulting career, Tom's strategic thinking, analytic approach, and multiple industry knowledge provides clients with sustainable solutions to meet their business objectives. He works with executive leadership, operational business leaders, human resources and payroll departments providing expert guidance, research, and analytics to help them build HR capabilities in their organizations.
In addition to a strong background in compensation, Tom offers more than seven years of Total Rewards management experience encompassing strategy, design and administration of compensation, benefit, absence, and retirement programs. Within compensation, he has significant expertise in salary structure design and administration, job evaluation, workforce planning, performance management, and variable pay program design.
Tom earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and a master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, from Roosevelt University.
