Thomas Rylko

With more than 20 years of progressive human resources experience including eight years of consulting experience, Tom is a managing director with Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. Tom has extensive experience in the strategy, analysis and design of total reward programs.

Throughout his leadership and consulting career, his strategic thinking, analytic approach and multiple industry knowledge have been an asset to the organizations he has served and provided clients with sustainable solutions to meet their business objectives. He works with executive leadership, operational business leaders, human resources and payroll departments providing expert guidance, research and analytics to help them build HR capabilities in their organizations.

Tom has over ten years of total rewards management experience encompassing strategy, design and administration of compensation, benefit, absence and retirement programs. Within compensation, he has significant expertise in salary structure design and administration, job evaluation, workforce planning, performance management and variable pay program design.

Tom received his bachelor's degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in management from Roosevelt University.
