Key Highlights

Our research found that K-12 employers:

  • Believe their workforce is highly engaged (63%)
  • Additionally, less than half (42%) have conducted a workforce engagement survey within the last two years
  • Agree their organization has an effective strategy to create or sustain a culture of total wellbeing (42%)
  • Indicate that financial wellbeing has become more important since 2019 (30%)
