Amina Shah is a Consultant on the Public Sector team of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. She provides job classification and evaluation, pay equity, market research analysis, and related consulting and advisory services on a wide range of compensation projects.
Before joining Gallagher, Amina worked in the public sector as a compensation consultant. She has experience in comprehensive classification and compensation studies based on market benchmarks and trends. She has also served a key role in implementing innovative solutions including career ladder programs and supplemental incentive pay plans.
Amina has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Honors) and a Master of Public Administration from North Carolina State University, School of Public and International Affairs. She also holds the PHR certification.
