With more than 10 years of consulting expertise, Dan Petric is a Senior Consultant with Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice.
Mr. Petric leads and conducts a wide range of executive and staff compensation projects within a variety of market segments, with a particular focus on healthcare and not-for-profits organizations. He brings extensive experience in analyzing internal equity and market competitiveness, and provides recommendations and cost projections based on the financial resources of a client and the current market conditions.
Additionally, Mr. Petric has conducted several custom surveys including compensation, benefits, total rewards, wider feedback or 360 reviews, and employee engagement surveys. He has also designed surveys for governing boards and search committees to gather feedback from stakeholder interviews during the selection process.
Mr. Petric received his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
