Kim Maxwell

Kim Maxwell is an Area Vice President with Gallagher's Human Resources Consulting practice, serving the state of Georgia.

Kim is a licensed consultant with 20 years of Human Resources and health and wellbeing consulting experience. She has guided clients in the Public Sector, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Construction and many other industries throughout her career. Her passion for helping people allows her to build strong business relationships with her clients, serving alongside them as a business partner.

Throughout her career, Kim has assisted clients with strategic planning, benefit portfolios, formalizing policies, hiring practices, total rewards, training and creating efficiencies to support business objectives and the bottom line.

Before joining Gallagher, Kim worked as an HR and health and wellbeing consultant for Garner & Glover Company, serving clients throughout the US. She also brings experience in healthcare, which supports her effectiveness as a health and wellbeing consultant.

Kim holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Shorter University and has completed multiple industry-specific courses focused on HR consulting. Further, she's a certified long-term care advisor.

Kim is the founding member of the Allatoona Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapter in Northwest Georgia, originated in 2009. She's served several terms as chapter president as well as multiple positions within the chapter. Kim is also a National SHRM member, having served on multiple HR committees.
