Linette Allison

Linette Allison is a national managing director and operations leader with the Compensation and Rewards service line of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. She leads the national healthcare total rewards consulting practice. Allison's focus is on providing consistent, high-quality and responsive consulting services.

For more than 25 years, Allison has advised healthcare organizations of all sizes on all aspects of executive compensation and benefits, including helping them comply with regulatory requirements and governance best practices. Areas of expertise include total compensation analyses, incentive plan development and redesign, retention program structures, executive and physician benefit plan design, supplemental executive retirement plan design, severance plan development, employment contract review and formal reasonableness opinion development.

In addition to healthcare compensation and governance consulting services, Allison's team manages the compensation survey suite, data analytics and proprietary database that support first-class, insightful consulting.

Allison graduated summa cum laude from Winona State University, receiving a bachelor of science degree with an emphasis in both finance and marketing. Allison also held the position of president of Sandstone Investment, a financial investment partnership, for three years.
