Ron Reynolds is a Managing Director with the Compensation and Rewards service line of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. Ron is responsible for leading engagements throughout the U.S for public, private and nonprofit executive compensation analysis and plan design, board advisory services, short- and long-term cash and equity plan design, executive retirement and retention arrangement design, and broad-based compensation analysis and design.
Ron has more than 30 years of compensation experience, with the last 20 years in the consulting industry as a senior advisor to organizations across all major industry sectors assisting them with their executive, incentive and broad-based compensation program needs.
Ron has a Master of Science in Industrial Organization Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in Business Administration. He is a frequent guest speaker on topical compensation matters and has served as an expert witness on litigation cases pertaining to executive compensation. Ron co-authored "Compensation and Benefit Strategies for International Mergers and Acquisitions" in The 2001 Guide to Compensation and Benefits.
