Stephanie Bauman is a Senior Vice President at the Research & Insights service line, part of Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. With a specialized understanding of employer-sponsored healthcare and biopharmaceutical markets, she provides consulting services to healthcare clients in market research, strategy development and marketing communications.
Stephanie is a sales, research and marketing leader with extensive healthcare experience. Since joining Gallagher, Stephanie has been a business development driver while also providing oversight for the syndicating research division and strategic direction for consulting initiatives. She guides and executes on project work including advisory boards, communication campaigns, and tactical deliverables and custom research projects.
Stephanie employs a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods for research focused on employers, coalitions, benefit advisors, consumers and patients. She is a skilled communicator, acting as the lead writer for Gallagher's thought leadership products including the Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey, Industry Reports and Best-in-Class Analysis National reports.
A mom of three and active in her community, Stephanie serves on the Board of Directors for the Gateway Hemophilia Association.
She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
