IBIS Institute focuses on the fundamentals so you can create successful global benefits and reward strategies. It includes a certificate-training program for Global Benefits and HR professionals with no more than five years of experience.

NEW in 2024! We're pleased to announce that, as of 2024, US-based delegates attending the IBIS Institute learning track will be able to earn SHRM credits for the majority of the IBIS Institute sessions.
