The IBIS Mobility Congress is two-day meetings of informed learning for those with specific global mobility responsibilities to review global mobility strategies and mitigate risk. Worldwide ERC® GMS-T® credits are available for those looking to continue their global mobility education.

19-22 May — Institute

Institute focuses on the fundamentals so you can create successful global benefits and reward strategies. It includes a certificate-training program for Global Benefits and HR professionals with no more than five years of experience. We're also pleased to announce that, as of 2024, US-based delegates attending the Institute learning track will be able to earn SHRM credits for the majority of the Institute sessions.
