Bryant Bush

Prior to joining Gallagher, Bryant Bush worked for a merit-based civil-service system supporting 22 local agencies with over 700 job classes. Initially, Bryant worked in selection (test development) for public safety employees (law enforcement and firefighting). He recommended and implemented policy and procedure changes as well as organization rules and regulations updates.

Bryant led changes to a salary pay plan compensation program— involving rules for hiring employees at advanced steps as well as applying premium pay (pay enhancements). He oversaw an annual classification and compensation survey for multiple years that involved classification determinations for employees and subsequent compensation analysis of job classifications.

Bryant is experienced with job analysis, survey development and administration, market studies, job classification management and salary surveys.

Bryant earned a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of North Georgia, and a M.S. degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University. He is a member of SHRM.

Bryant came to Gallagher from Koff & Associates, a full-spectrum human resources and recruiting services firm serving the public sector. K&A joined Gallagher in 2021.
