The broker, based in Custom House at The Waterfront, is recruiting for 15 new roles in sales and account handling. The recruits will be responsible for supporting UK small and medium-sized businesses with their risk management and insurance needs.
Gallagher’s Brierley Hill office operates as a dedicated SME and affinity partnership centre, forming part of its UK-wide network of over 70 branches.
Gallagher clients who are serviced in Brierley Hill benefit from a personalised approach, with dedicated account managers, who take the time to develop a sound understanding of their customers, their customers’ businesses and any claims history.
Having had a presence in Brierley Hill since 1994, the office has enjoyed consistent year-on-year growth, and has doubled in size in the past five years, through its 100-strong workforce. An additional 130 colleagues in the West Midlands are employed across offices in Birmingham and Coventry.
