For certain UK and EU clients, Gallagher's General Aviation team are able to offer a One-up, One-down policy.
Depending on aircraft values and liability limits, our custom policies with this option should offer an overall discount of 10 – 15% when there is only one named pilot on the policy.
A fleet policy may offer a better overall discount if an owner has three or more aircraft, although it is worth getting a quote for both options. The primary advantage of a fleet policy is the bulk-purchasing discount, generally available with three or more aircraft. It is not automatically necessary for all the aircraft to be insured on the same basis to obtain the benefits of a fleet policy.
