Mark Fowles is a Director of DWF LLP and works out of the Bristol office. After a teaching career in the East End, Mark studied law and specialises in defendant personal injury work, including large loss, highway claims, abuse and claims involving psychiatric injury and stress at work. He specialises in claims involving public bodies. He is co-author with Dr Jock McKenzie of the Medico Legal Handbook and a co-editor of Local Authority Liability.

She advises and supports businesses, insurers and reinsurers on all aspects of claims, investigations and litigation, mediation and ADR. Her regulatory practice extends to boardroom advice as well as corporates and other duty holders.
