The webinar will consider the issues associated with the risk of fraud to your organisation and how housing associations can help mitigate those risks effectively.

Joe was previously Managing Director of Gallagher Housing before becoming Chairman in October 2019. Gallagher Housing has been focusing on the risks associated with Fraud in the sector, very conscious of the fact that these have been exacerbated by the implications of the COVID-19 virus.

Arun is a director of the niche law firm Tenet Compliance & Litigation which provides advice on financial crime compliance, fraud investigations and recovery of losses arising from fraud. Arun is also a trustee and deputy chair of the highly respected charity, the Fraud Advisory Panel.

Arun is a regular speaker at finance and governance events for the National Housing Federation and was the sole legal guest editor of the National Housing Federation ‘countering fraud guide’ for housing associations. Arun is also an expert for the BBC on fraud related issues and holds a post-graduate diploma in financial crime compliance with the International Compliance Association.

This webinar is aimed at all Housing Associations and will run from 11.00 – 11.45am.
