Education without borders 2020

Gallagher is delighted to continue its support the Education Without Borders conference as it enters its sixth year.

At a time when there is so much uncertainty around study and research abroad it is vital that institutions take this opportunity to assess their own approach to Travel Risk Management. The focus upon the duty of care, and how this is evidenced and delivered, is greater than ever.

The Education Without Borders event will be held online on 9 and 10 December 2020, with each day running from 10.00 – 14.00.

  • Day 1 is dedicated to a crisis simulation exercise, a ‘deep-dive’ into a complex situation involving medical, security, insurance and reputation orientated challenges.
  • Day 2 focuses on some key messages and learning about returning to international activity in 2021.

Phil Webster, Executive Director, Public Sector and Education, will be providing a session addressing how the Insurance market has responded to the pandemic and the changing risk requirements, and what the future may look like for those who are looking to take a more involved and proactive approach.

As lead sponsor this year and since the outset of the Conference, Gallagher has a number of complementary delegate passes, which may be available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Please get in touch with Phil Webster, to find out more.
