Gallagher has appointed Dieter Gistelinck as its new Managing Consultant, in the Multinational Benefits & HR Consulting practice in Gallagher’s Benefits and HR Consulting Division.

Gistelinck will be based in Brussels, Belgium and be responsible for developing the Gallagher Global Workforce Strategy consulting portfolio as a Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) growth leader.

Gistelinck brings more than 20 years of experience to Gallagher, most recently working with Willis Towers Watson (WTW) where he successfully led Sales and Development of the Global Benefits Management (GBM) value proposition and expansion of GBM appointments with large, complex multinationals in EMEA. Gistelinck was also a member of the WTW Senior Sellers’ and Global Innovation Community, and is one of the globally recognized experts in Risk Benefits Financing Strategies.

In his new role at Gallagher, Gistelinck will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the EMEA region by building and maintaining valuable relationships with prospects and clients. This is achieved through understanding their global business and implementing our comprehensive approach to benefits, compensation, retirement, employee communication and workplace culture.
