Our Chelmsford offices will be taking part in Race4Business and are sponsoring the event. The event takes place on 15 September 2021, and will raise much needed funds for Havens Hospices.
Twenty of our employees will be taking part in the race, including representatives from our Corporate and Social Housing teams. They will join businesses from across Essex and London in a 3.5 mile race through Chelmsford town centre – our staff will be wearing their Gallagher branded t-shirts, so if you are watching the event please keep an eye out for our team!
The event begins on Chelmsford High Street and participants will follow a route through both Central and Admiral Parks with the finish located at the event village in Central Park, which will feature music, entertainment and food and drinks stalls.
All entry fees will be donated to Havens Hospices. Gallagher has a proud history of supporting both local and national charities, and our staff are encouraged to support their local communities through fundraising and volunteering.
