Gallagher’s team of 30 is based on George Street in the heart of the city, and will be joined by Helen Watson, Bobby Lamond and Jill Morrison, who all join with a wealth of local insurance experience from different industry sectors.
The Edinburgh team, which has been established for over 25 years, works with businesses, both in the city and throughout Scotland, in sectors including finance, construction, real estate, hospitality and retail, amongst others, to help firms to manage and mitigate risks they face by providing insurance solutions and advice on how to reduce the likelihood of needing to make a claim.
Helen Watson has joined from Aon and has extensive experience of managing insurance for large corporate clients, including global businesses, and has broad knowledge of the exposures they face. Bobby Lamond has joined from Marsh and will be focussed on winning new clients by tapping into Gallagher’s exclusive bank relationships, and drawing on his vast experience in sales. Jill Morrison, who has also joined from Marsh, brings experience of providing insurance advice to SMEs and larger firms in the wider Scotland community. All are joining in client-facing positions.
