Lewis has extensive knowledge of the legal sector having been at Blackstone Chambers since 2008, prior to which he was Practice Manager at Selborne Chambers from 2002. He has experience across a broad range of different types of law including commercial, chancery, EU & competition, international law, domestic and international arbitration, financial services plus mediation and ADR.
Gallagher’s major risks practice employs 60 risk professionals, and its established & growing dispute resolution team provides insurance solutions for law firms and litigation funders throughout the UK and across the globe. The solutions the team offer clients include after-the-event (ATE) insurance, law firm contingency fee insurance, arbitration award default insurance, capital protection insurance, appeal protection insurance and cross-undertaking in damages insurance. The team work in partnership with their clients enabling them to mitigate risk through the use of insurance, which means they can grow their business with added confidence.
