This agreement will see Gallagher provide insurance for the chamber itself and also become the preferred insurance partner for its membership base.
Wirral Chamber of Commerce has roots dating back to 1912, when leading industrialists from the area formed the Birkenhead Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Today it provides local businesses with high quality business support services, including skills development, legal, marketing and financial advice, plus office space and networking events to enable them to compete and grow.
Part of a global network of chambers, Wirral Chamber is accredited by the British Chambers of Commerce for supporting local businesses and championing Wirral as a great location to do business. The Chamber operates from three locations with its flagship offices based in Egerton House on the south quay of Egerton Dock, and additional offices at the Pacific Road, and The Lauries in the heart of Birkenhead.
The Gallagher team of over 40 risk professionals is based on Sefton Street in Liverpool and supports a wide range of local businesses with their risk management and insurance requirements.
