We have an established team and there’s not much we haven’t seen over the years. If a big event hits your park, such as flooding or a severe storm, we can be there quickly to get the recovery process up and running. No matter how big or small, we can help with a swift resolution.
We believe that dealing with claims in-house is the only way to provide comprehensive service to our customers, making use of our experience, expertise and focus; which is why we have no plans to outsource our team. Your claim will not be passed to a generalised claims team whose handler could be learning about your industry ‘on the go’.
