The partnership will see Gallagher offering insurance products including property, contents, jewellery and watches, wine, fine art cover to Knight Frank Finance’s clients in the UK.
Headquartered in London, Knight Frank is one of the world’s largest independent real estate consultancies comprising more than 20,000 people operating from 487 offices across 53 territories. The Group advises clients ranging from individual owners and buyers to major developers, investors and corporate tenants.
The partnership is being managed by Gallagher’s Private Clients practice which specialises in providing tailored insurance cover and risk management for high net worth individuals and their families. Gallagher operates a wide range of affinity partnerships providing insurance services to a variety of clients including SMEs, individuals, landlords and commercial banking clients. In the high net worth space specifically, Gallagher works with a number of the UK’s best known wealth advisors, offering their clients insurance products and services.
The current inflationary environment means it has become increasingly important for home owners and high net worth individuals to find the right insurance cover, or risk being under-insured. Gallagher’s specialist team will support Knight Frank’s clients by ensuring their valuations are up to date and finding the right insurance products to suit their individual needs. Gallagher’s offering will be delivered locally across all 79 of Knight Frank’s UK offices.
