Leslie Lemenager

Ms. Leslie A. Lemenager is President, International, of the Benefits and Human Resources Consulting division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher). Responsible for expanding the division’s international capabilities, Leslie focuses on developing the business in four key areas including organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, productivity and efficiency, and the Gallagher culture. Her expertise in U.S. domestic and international compensation and benefits guides her success in developing strategy and vision, executing on objectives, and driving for results. Under Leslie’s leadership, Gallagher’s International presence in Benefits and Human Resources Consulting has grown to more than 40 locations and over 600 professionals.

Drawing on more than 30 years of employee benefits experience in health and welfare, pensions, and international work, Leslie consults with global employers to strengthen employee engagement and increase productivity. Her specialty is helping clients maximize their investment in domestic and international employees through impactful total rewards programs.

Leslie has been a speaker for events held by the International Foundation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists and World@Wlork. She is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and taught courses within the CFP curriculum offered through DePaul University in Chicago. Also a graduate of DePaul’s Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, Leslie earned her Master of Business Administration in Marketing and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Bradley University. She currently serves as Advisor to both Bradley University’s Foster College of Business National Council and DePaul University’s Kellstadt Masters in Human Resources Council.
