David Rowlee

Dr. Rowlee is Managing Director & Practice Leader of Employee Engagement Surveys for Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice, Dr. Rowlee oversees a team of highly skilled researchers and ensures the delivery of leading edge measurement capabilities, advanced empirical analyses and innovative research studies to inform the operations and strategies of our clients. Dr. Rowlee has more than 10 years of human capital research consulting experience with special emphasis in the field of survey research-including survey design, survey methodology, statistical analyses, and advanced behavioral modeling.

During the past decade Dr. Rowlee has served as a trusted advisor to many of the finest, most recognized healthcare and multi-unit organizations where he has extensive experience leading employee, physician and customer engagement survey research efforts.For more than 100 of the nation's finest healthcare systems and Fortune 100 organizations, Dr. Rowlee has distilled complex empirical results into highly actionable insights coupled with meaningful action plans to promote improvements in workplace culture and safety, while accelerating business performance and revenue growth.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Dr. Rowlee served as Vice President of Research for a leading human capital consulting firm where he led employee and physician survey design, new product development and research services. Most recently, Dr. Rowlee served as Director (Research Division) for a Honomichl Top 50 global market research firm where he led the research division, contributed to thought leadership, and guided numerous initiatives such as new survey content and design, and methodological innovations.

During Dr. Rowlee's career, he has delivered more than 50 presentations including keynote, plenary, and leadership team speeches to national and international healthcare, business leadership, and corporate conferences and expositions. In addition, Dr. Rowlee has contributed numerous articles to healthcare journals on topics covering employee and physician engagement in healthcare settings.

Dr. Rowlee holds both Master's and Doctoral degrees in Sociology from the University of South Carolina. In addition he holds a Professional Certificate of Demography from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic.
