PSE Webinar

The Government has set up a national infrastructure bank1, which will provide loans to the public and private sector and will be used to fund local infrastructure projects.

Ultimately £40 billion will be available with the first £4 billion being made available to the public sector. It is believed that the deals funded by the bank will look very similar to Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) and as such will have a strong focus on risk allocation. Improved contract management is a key Governmental theme as we move forwards.

Register for our webinar on 7 July 2021 at 10am which will provide valuable insight into the risk issues attached to large construction projects and help contracting authorities better manage their contract risk.

Mark Barnes from the Gallagher Construction practice and Matthew Hussey from our Environmental practice will be presenting on this webinar. Both have been advising the public sector for many years and are well placed to offer insight in this often complex area.

The webinar will last approximately 45 minutes. If you are unable to join us on the day, please register and we will send you a link to watch ‘on demand’ at your convenience.
