Patricia McCollum

Patricia McCollum, CPR, CDR, CIR, is a Senior Recruiter with Gallagher Executive Search and Leadership Advisors, a part of the Gallagher Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. Patricia is an integral component to the success of every search conducted by Gallagher Executive Search and Leadership Advisors. As a senior recruiter, her skills cross multiple facets of the search and placement field, including developing marketing strategies, sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, developing national networking relationships, and offering candidate and client support.

Before her current role, Patricia dedicated more than 20 years to Gallagher in client services and executive assistant positions. Before joining Gallagher, Patricia was a legal assistant/paralegal for a Missouri law firm that maintained client relationships with more than 200 corporations.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Park University, an Associate of Science in Management degree from Park University and a Paralegal Certification from Rockhurst College in Kansas City, Missouri. She holds a professional recruiter certificate and a certified diversity recruiter. In addition, Patricia is a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) through AIRS, an industry leader in recruitment training.
